Product description
The device is provided with 1-axial sides splints made of polyamide with the carbon fibres. The system of splints in the brace and their stability allow to adhere perfectly to the limb and also enable to stabilize the joint excellently. Splints are provided with drop lock, which allows to flexion and extension adjustment in every 15°. Such precise regulation of the device facilitates the process of rehabilitation of damaged knee joint. Is it possible also to immobilize the knee in 0o when is it necessary. Replacing of traditional metal splint with our innovative solution allows to decrease the weight of the brace a few times. The Po-operative knee brace is made of innovative fabric UniComfort™.
UniComfort™ is an universal and very comfortable lamination using to produce of lightweight medical devices. This is 2-layered fabric consists of polyamide self-gripping layer and comfort foam. This self-gripping function allows to fit our devices precisely. There is possible to cut away the excess material of UniComfort for perfect fitting.
System of Velcro tapes which assure proper adhesion the device to the body and more effective stabilization of limb. . it is easy to fit the brace to lower limb’s shape, even in patients with huge thigh and shin disproportions or in case of knee swelling.
The Postoperative knee brace is equipped with:
- Open and soft sleeve which enables to adjust the device to the diverse measurements of bottom limb.
- System of Velcro tapes which assure proper adhesion the device to the body and more effective stabilization of limb.

Purpose of use
Post-Operative Knee Brace with 15° ROM adjustment should be applied in cases of:
- knee dislocation,
- knee twist and sprain,
- side instability of the knee joint,
- knee ligaments LCL, MCL and ACL injuries,
- knee ligaments reconstruction,
- other surgeries (orthopedic).

Splints 1R
1R splints – single axis orthopedic splints used in all knee joint and upper limb braces, where apart from adjustment of the flection and extension angle, high lateral stabilization of the joint is not required, but important if low weight of the brace. Due to the low weight the splints are successfully used in all braced for children. They are manufactured with high quality polyamide with carbon fibres, making the splints light and neutral to the influence of sweat and salt, properly firm therefore assuring correct functioning of the device. Adjustment of the flexion and extension angle is performed with special Allen screw in every 15o . Each brace is equipped with an Allen key, which is necessary for adjustment. Standard length of the braces is: 380, 470 and 530 mm. The splint and its design are patented in European Union by Reh4Mat Company.
